Nonfat Dry Milk - East and Central U.S.

Released on November 13, 2025

Low/medium heat nonfat dry milk (NDM) prices are unchanged in the Central and
East regions across the range and mostly price series. Domestic demand is
steady from week to week, but contacts say near term interest is somewhat
light. Exports interest is mixed. Contacts say they are moving fewer loads to
Asia compared to a year ago, while sales to Mexico are steady. Inventories are
tight in the Central and East regions, but contacts say spot loads remain
available in the West. Low/medium heat NDM production is steady in the Central
and East regions. High heat NDM prices decreased at the top of the range.
Contractual demand for high heat NDM is steady, but spot interest is light.
High heat NDM production is limited, as plant managers say they are primarily
focused on low/medium heat.
