Nonfat Dry Milk - East and Central U.S.

Released on September 04, 2025

In the Central region, low/medium heat nonfat dry milk (NDM) prices decreased
across the range and mostly price series this week. Contacts report domestic
demand is light and export interest is declining. Spot loads are available in
most of the region. Contacts in the Midwest say inventories are tighter. Some
Midwest manufacturers report receiving loads of low/medium heat NDM from the
Southwest. Condensed skim milk is available for drying in the Central region
and plant managers say they are steadily manufacturing low/medium heat NDM.
Drying schedules remain focused on low/medium heat NDM, keeping high heat
production limited. Spot inventories are tight, but contacts report demand is
light. High heat NDM prices are declining, following low/medium heat NDM markets
