The price for Extra Grade and Grade A dry whey is unchanged this week. There 
were very few reported sales this week for dry whey. Dry whey inventories 
remain tight this week as manufacturers continue to focus production efforts on 
protein concentrates and whey derivatives. Export activity for whey is steady 
with the majority of activity coming from Southeast Asia.
