The market for dry whey remains strong in the East. The price range for Extra 
Grade and Grade A whey is unchanged this week. Multiple facilities in the 
region reported large volumes of spot sales for whey. Demand for whey is steady 
to strong in both international and domestic markets. Manufacturers are keeping 
pace with demand. Inventory levels of whey remain healthy. At the time of 
reporting, CME spot market prices for Extra Grade Whey were unchanged this 
week, holding steady at $0.63/lb.
