In the East, the demand for whey and whey derivatives remain strong. Pricing 
for Extra Grade whey is stable with no price range fluctuations this week. 
Reported sales are steady to stronger this week. Cheese production is 
increasing, predominantly due to holiday order fulfillment, providing more whey 
for drying. Whey demand is steady this week for both domestic and international 
buyers. CME prices are balanced with little daily variation in prices.
