The whey market was active this week. Cheese production remains steady, 
providing a healthy supply of whey for the market. Extra Grade whey pricing on 
the CME is up this week. At time of reporting, the CME was at $0.56. The 
National Dairy Products Sales Report (NDPSR) is also up this week with a price 
of $0.5747 for week ending 8/2/25. The price range in the East will remain the 
same this week. Contacts report an increase of price inquiries from 
international buyers for future loads of whey to Asia . Whey inventories are 
sufficient for current customer demand.
