Acid and rennet casein prices were unchanged this week. Demand for acid casein 
is declining within Oceania, but contacts in the region say international 
interest is steady. Plant managers say acid casein production is limited as 
milk output is seasonally light in the region. Rennet casein demand is steady 
in Europe from both domestic and international purchasers. Rennet casein 
production is steady, and spot loads are available to meet current market 
demands.
