The bottom of the acid casein price range moved lower, and the top is 
unchanged. Contacts in Oceania say demand for acid casein is steady within the 
region, but interest from purchasers in other regions is light. Manufacturers 
are running busy schedules, as milk remains available in Oceania. Inventories 
are, reportedly, growing in the region, but contacts say they are not 
excessive. 
 
Rennet casein prices are steady, and contacts say demand is unchanged in 
Europe. Spot market demand from interest in other regions remains somewhat 
light. Plant managers say milk is available and they are running steady 
production schedules. Loads of rennet casein are available to meet current spot 
market demands.
