Compared to last Tuesday feeder steers 600 lbs and under were steady with a
lite test, while the yearling steers appeared 4.00 to 5.00 higher with a
moderate supply and good demand. Feeder heifers 350-450 lbs were sharply
higher, while the 500 lbs and over were unevenly steady with a good supply and
good demand. Slaughter cows were mostly steady with a limited supply and
slaughter bulls were 3.00 to 5.00 higher with strong demand.
