Compared to last Monday the feeder market was lower with a plainer than average
quality offering. Feeder steers and heifers 400 lbs and under were 4.00 to
6.00 lower with a lite test, while steers the heifers 500 lbs and over were
sharply lower with a moderate supply and moderate demand. Slaughter cows were
steady with a moderate supply and slaughter bulls were 3.00 to 4.00 higher with
good demand.
