Compared to the sale a week ago, steers under 600 lbs. sold sharply lower,
while steers over 600 lbs. sold mostly 3.00 to 11.00 lower. Heifers sold mostly
12.00 to 17.00 higher. Demand was moderate to good today and included internet
bidding. Supply was moderate and comprised of one consignor who brought nearly
300 head. Supply was mostly smaller packages and just a handful of load lots.
