Callaway Livestock held their monthly Special Bred Cow/Heifer and Pairs sale 
Thursday evening with a large crowd on hand.  Overall the bulk of the 
consignments were a nice offering of young bred cows mostly 3-5 years of age 
and bred heifers all selling with good demand mostly in the 2nd and 3rd stage 
along with several short solid and aged cows in the mix.  There was a large 
offering of slaughter cows and breeding bulls that sold.
