Callaway Livestock held their monthly Special Bred Cow/Heifer and Pairs sale
Thursday evening with a large standing room crowd on hand. Several nice
consignments of 1st calf heifer pairs were in the offering selling mostly from
5400.00-6000.00 per pair, few pkgs 6150.00- 6300.00. Several consignments of
bred heifers in the 2nd and 3rd stage all selling with good demand. There was
a large offering of good quality young bred cows mostly 3-6 yrs of age mostly
in the second stage also selling with good demand.
