Compared to last market test:
Import prices were moderately to sharply higher.
Trading was slow to moderate.
Supplies remained tight.
The tariff rate quota for Argentina was increased from 20,000 tons to 80,000 
tons this week.
This was done to try to address the shortages of beef in the U.S.
marketplace.
The tariff rate for Nicaragua was threatened to be raised to 100% over alleged 
human rights abuses.
