Compared to last Thursday: Feeder steers traded sharply higher. Feeder heifers
sold 7.00-8.00 higher. All classes of feeder cattle saw strong demand today
especially the male calves. Continued positive futures trading and cooler
temperatures in the forecast helped fuel today's sale. Slaughter cows sold
2.00-3.00 higher and slaughter bulls were mostly steady.
