Compared to last Thursday: Feeder steers sold 8.00-10.00 higher on a limited
number of like comparisons. Feeder heifers under 500 lbs. traded sharply lower
and those over 500 lbs. were 3.00-5.00 lower. The demand for the male calves
was much stronger. The few larger groups of heifers saw good demand. Slaughter
cows and bulls sold mostly steady.
