Compared to 2 weeks ago, feeder steers 650 lb to 950 lb sold 10.00 to 25.00
higher. Outstanding offering of 800 lb to 950 lb steers. Not enough steers
under 650 lb for a market test. No recent comparison on feeder heifers 700 lb
to 925 lb, however a steady to higher trend was noted. Not enough heifers
under 700 lb for a market test. Spayed heifers sold at a 5.00 to 10.00
premium. Demand was good. Slaughter cows and bulls sold steady, however 1
high yielding bull sold for 237.50.
