AMS_1101 MARS Fluid Milk And Cream - East U.S. Released on October 22, 2025 Farm output of milk is rising seasonally in the East. Decreasing temperatures are improving cow comfort, which is increasing milk production. Contacts mention a year-over-year increase in cream availability to the market. Class I production remains steady in the region. Bottlers continue to pull a steady supply of milk. Class II production is increasing. Dairy-based baking ingredients, such as heavy whipping cream and sweetened condensed milk, are seeing increased demand due to the upcoming holiday season. Class III production is strong.
