The buttermilk powder (BMP) market is balanced, one contact stated. Despite 
production being slow, there is enough BMP to meet current demand. A recent 
decline in butter production is the primary cause for decline in production. 
The BMP price range dropped at the top end of the range, but the bottom 
remained the same. BMP Inventories remain tight, and availability is limited.
