The market for buttermilk powder was very consistent the last few weeks. The 
prices for BMP 30 changed very little. This week, the top end of the range 
increased by one cent and the bottom of the range increased by two cents. 
Contacts report churn activity is still heavy and that much of the buttermilk 
is being sent to the dryer. Contract sales account for the majority of the BMP 
being produced. Spot sales are available, but inventory is very tight.
