There is a mixed market this week with buttermilk powder. Some contacts are 
reporting steady sales, while others mention a quiet market. BMP prices are 
fairly stable this week. The top end of the price range increased slightly, but 
most reported prices fell in the middle of the range. Butter churns are still 
operating at or near capacity keeping the supply of buttermilk readily 
available. Inventory levels of buttermilk are stable. Manufacturers can keep up 
with demand with no concern of a shortage.
