Butter manufacturing in the East remains steady this week. Multiple contacts 
report buttermilk powder sales were steady to strong. The price range for BMP30 
increased at the top end of the range. Most sales of powder this week fell 
within last week's price range, but some contacts reported a few higher priced 
sales. Powder is moving well with contacts stating there is no concern for a 
drop in sales. Inventory levels for BMP30 are low but not concerning. 
Manufacturers are able to move product easily, negating the need to store large 
amounts.
