Compared to two weeks ago, steers over 700 lbs and heifers over 650 lbs sold
steady, strong undertone. Steers under 750 lbs and heifers under 650 lbs, not
well tested, soft undertone noted. Quality ranged from plain to average,
however, 66 head of 851 lbs attractive red heifers sold as replacements for
356.00 cwt. Boning utility slaughter cows sold steady and Lean utility
slaughter cows sold 7.00 higher. Good demand for light supply.
