Compared to the sale 2 weeks ago feeder lambs sold steady to 5.00 higher.
Slaughter lambs sold steady. Slaughter ewes sold steady to 8.00 higher. In
the goat portion of the auction feeder kid goats sold 10.00-30.00 higher with
slaughter kid goats selling steady. Slaughter nannies sold steady to 15.00
lower. Supply was heavy with very good demand. Replacement goats were in huge
demand. Two extra fancy kid nannies sold for 950.00/cwt.. A fancy kid billy
sold for 700.00 per head.
