Compared to the sale 2 weeks ago feeder lambs sold 5.00-10.00 higher.
Slaughter lambs sold 20.00-25.00 higher. Slaughter ewes sold 35.00-60.00
higher. In the goat portion of the auction feeder kid goats sold 50.00-125.00
higher. Slaughter kid goats sold 125.00-150.00 higher. Slaughter nannies sold
steady to 25.00 higher. Supply was moderate with very good demand. A very
large crowd was on hand to witness a market on fire. Both in person and
internet bidding was extremely active.
