and bottom of the range this week, with the top of the mostly range also 
slipping. Market activity is quiet, and overall volume remains light. Spot 
trading is somewhat limited, and buyers continue to hold steady positions, 
focusing mainly on contract needs. Production levels are staying restrained, 
keeping market availability thin but sufficient to meet current demand.
