Whey Protein Concentrate - Central and West U.S.

The whey protein concentrate 34% (WPC 34%) price decreased on the bottom end of 
the range this week. The mostly series decreased on both fronts. Contacts 
shared there are loads trading below price ranges. Domestic inventories are 
growing with added production, but sales remain tight. WPC 80% inventory 
remains low with few spot sales.
