Whey protein concentrate (WPC) 34% prices were steady to stronger, with prices 
holding firm at the lower end and strengthening at the top of the price range, 
while the mostly range also moved higher. Production remains limited and 
inventories are extremely tight, leaving little spot trading available. Demand 
is strong domestically and improving in export channels, including solid 
interest from Argentina. Contacts report feed buyers paying about $1.90. The 
market tone is firm given tight availability and robust demand, though softer 
nonfat dry milk prices could eventually pressure WPC 34% values. WPC 80% offers 
were reported near $13.00.
