with both ends of the price range strengthening. The low end of the mostly 
series advanced, while the high end held firm. All available product remains 
committed to contracts, leaving no spot availability for food use. Demand is 
strong, inventories are tight, and some contacts indicate no additional WPC 34% 
production beyond contract requirements, as manufacturers prioritize WPC 80%. 
The upper end of the price series is near year-ago levels, while the lower end 
is slightly below. Overall, the market tone is firm, supported by heightened 
demand and limited supply.
