Lactose sales activity is strong this week. Multiple contacts are reporting an 
active market, both domestic and internationally. Sale prices dropped slightly. 
The bottom of the range dropped one cent, while the top of the range remained 
the same. The mostly price range increased at the top of the range. Some 
contacts indicate the demand is outpacing production, while others note balance 
between sales and demand.
