Compared to the Special "All Vacc Feeder Calf Auction" just one week ago, 500 -
600 lb steer calves were steady to 4.00 higher, 650lb were 8.00 higher and 700
- 800lb calves were fully steady. Heifer trade across all weight classes was
fully steady to 7.00 higher. One of the featured consignments was 550 head of
fancy, local, home-raised feeder calves. Demand was very good for today's
moderate supply. Trade very active. The next scheduled Feeder Calf Special is
Jan 21.
