AMS_1089 MARS Butter - Central U.S. Released on April 01, 2026 Milk output is trending higher in the Central region and cream production is strong. Some processors have planned downtime this weekend and are offering additional cream volumes on the spot market. However, contacts say strong demand from Class II and III processors have kept inventories tight and well balanced this week. Churning is active as butter makers continue to run busy production schedules.
