FEEDER CATTLE 2401 1569 2052
Compared to the sale two weeks ago, steers and heifers both sold higher. Steers
sold 3.00 to sharply higher. Heifers under 700 lbs. sold mostly steady to 32.00
higher and heifers 700 lbs. and heavier sold sharply higher, although not well
compared . Demand was very good today, especially for lighter cattle to return
to grass. Supply was heavy and included several load lots.
