Storm Pushing Eastward, Another Moving Into Southern Plains This Weekend

A storm system sliding through Missouri Friday afternoon is producing scattered showers to both the north and south. Some areas of heavier rain will still occur through the Ohio Valley, exiting the Southeast on Saturday. Another system off the California coast will spin through the Southeast this weekend, getting into the Southern Plains on Sunday. This system may produce more areas of heavy rain as it moves into the Midwest early next week.
