Clipper Continues Through Great Lakes, Northeast Wednesday

A clipper system is moving from the Northern Plains into the Upper Midwest Tuesday afternoon. A band of heavy precipitation continues to develop, which includes heavy snow. The system will move into the Great Lakes overnight and then through the Northeast on Wednesday. Strong winds are developing on the backside of the storm that could create some damage away from the snow as well.
