More Rounds of Severe Storms in Midwest Thursday

Frontal system brings multiple rounds of severe storms to Midwest Wednesday and Thursday; all hazards possible.

A front is pushing into the Midwest on Wednesday afternoon. Areas of showers and thunderstorms have already formed around Iowa and Missouri through midday, which will continue eastward and could be strong-to-severe as they move through. Another round of severe weather is likely to develop along the front later this afternoon and evening from Kansas into Minnesota and could come in multiple clusters and lines. All hazards will be possible. Another system will move into the Central Plains tonight, spreading yet another round of strong-to-severe thunderstorms through the Midwest for Thursday. That again may come in a couple of waves of severe weather, with all hazards being possible.
