Strong Clipper Moving Through North-Central US Tuesday
Multiple weather systems bring snow to U.S, regions through Tuesday with winds over 60 mph and cold air in the Northern Plains.
A small clipper is moving through the Dakotas and into northern Minnesota Monday afternoon, bringing some light snow. Another system leaving off the coast is delivering some snow to the Mid-Atlantic as well. Yet another system is crashing into the Pacific Northwest. That system will be stronger as it moves into southern Alberta tonight and then across the North-Central U.S. for Tuesday. To go along with a band of heavy snow in the Upper Midwest, strong winds blowing over 60 mph in the Northern Plains will bring down another burst of colder air.
