Still Cold Wednesday

Some lake-effect snow is occurring over the Great Lakes Tuesday afternoon while cold air sits across the country east of the Rockies. Areas across the south will see temperatures rising a few degrees for Wednesday while those in the north will likely see a few degrees of falling temperatures, but it will be below normal nonetheless. Lake-effect snow will continue across the Great Lakes as well.
