– Temperatures: 3-7 degrees below normal along the Atlantic Coast and the Carolinas, 4-8 degrees above normal across the Mississippi and Tennessee Valleys, and within 5 degrees of normal elsewhere.

– A few showers and perhaps a weak thunderstorm possible across the Mississippi Valley as well as southern Florida.
– High pressure will bring continued dry conditions for the rest of the region.
– Temperatures: Ranging from 5-11 degrees above normal in Mississippi, Alabama, and Tennessee to 3-7 degrees below normal along the Atlantic Coast.
Saturday:
– Widespread showers and thunderstorms starting to build into the Mississippi Valley.
– High pressure holds farther east, keeping the rest of the region dry.
– Temperatures: 5-14 degrees above normal for most, with the warmest anomalies in the Mississippi Valley. Closer to normal in Florida and along the Atlantic Coast.
Sunday:
– Widespread showers and thunderstorms along a cold front tracking east through the region.
– Severe weather may be possible with this activity.
– Temperatures: Near to 5 degrees above normal across the region.
