Corn Futures Fractionally Lower at 6:00 a.m. CDT Friday

Corn: December corn futures fell 6 1/2 cents Thursday to settle at $4.28 3/4 on fund selling.

Soybeans: January soybeans plunged 26 3/4 cents Thursday, ending a big move higher since mid-October to settle at $11.07 1/2 on a continued lack of major buying from China.

Wheat: December Kansas City wheat futures plunged 17 3/4 cents to close at $5.22 1/4 on disappointment over the reported China purchase of just 2 cargoes.

Cotton: December cotton fell 0.69 cent to settle at 64.54, just above the 50-day average.

Live Cattle: December live cattle futures fell for the third straight day, closing down $1.75 to end the day at $218.77, under all key moving averages.
