Corn Futures Fractionally Higher at 6:00 a.m. CDT Tuesday

Corn: December corn futures rose 3/4 of a cent to finish at $4.23 1/4, above the 100-day moving average, closing higher for the fifth consecutive day.
Soybeans: November soybeans rallied to close 12 1/4 cents higher at $10.31 3/4 spurred on by optimistic comments from the White House about a trade deal with China.
Wheat: December KC wheat futures finished down 1 1/2 cents to settle at $4.90, pressured by higher production estimates for Russia and Australia.
Cotton: December cotton fell 0.12 cent to end the day at 64.16 in slow trading.
Live Cattle: December live cattle futures recovered some from Friday’s sell-off to finish up $1.92 and close at $243.65, still in a bull trend.
