Yet Another Clipper Moves Into Northern Plains Thursday

A clipper system is moving through the Northeast with scattered showers and strong winds Wednesday afternoon. Another system is moving through the Pacific Northwest this afternoon and will move through the Canadian Prairies and Northern Plains on Thursday. Most of the precipitation will be north of the border, but winds will increase again in the Northern Plains.
