Compared to last week, feeder steers sold sharply higher on good quality calves
and yearlings, while feeder heifers sold 3.00 to 20.00 higher. Slaughter cows
sold 1.00 to 10.00 higher. There was not enough bulls to set an accurate
trend for slaughter bulls , but a higher under tone was noticed. Trade was
very active with good demand across all classes of livestock with active buyer
participation, with a light to moderate supply.
