Cattle at SC auctions on Tuesday: No comparisons made this week due to
limited comparable sales. Feeder Steers: Medium and Large 1 400-500 lbs
395.00-402.50; 500-600 lbs 360.00. Feeder Bulls: Medium and Large
1 400-500 lbs 380.00-400.00; 500-600 lbs 332.50. Feeder Heifers:
Medium and Large 1 400-500 lbs 330.00; 500-600 lbs 322.50.
Slaughter cows: Breakers 75-80% lean 150.00-158.00; Boners 80-85% lean
146.00-160.00; Lean 85-90% lean 137.00-149.00; Lean Low Dressing 70.00-
125.00. Slaughter bulls: Average Dressing 180.00-196.00; High Dressing

Hogs on Tuesday: Plant delivered weighted average. National Direct
Barrows & Gilts US 1 50-54% lean 240-300 lbs was 4.54 higher at 66.34

SC Grain on Wednesday: Corn was mostly 4 cents higher; elevator bids
4.10-5.10, processor bids 4.75-5.15. Soybean bids were mostly 13 cents
higher; one location 26 cents higher; elevator bids 9.94-11.24, processor
bids n/a, and export 11.49. Wheat bids were mostly 4 cents higher; one
locations 24 cents higher; elevator bids 5.15.
Cotton on Wednesday. Southeast base price for 41-4/34 grade was 3
cents higher at 63.23
