Cattle at SC Auctions on Wednesday: Compared to last week no
comparisons made due to limited comparable sales. Feeder Steers: Medium
and Large 1 400-500 lbs 450.00?455.00, 500-600 lbs 410.00-450.00. Feeder
Heifers: Medium and Large 1 400-500 lbs 420.00-440.00, 500-600 lbs
360.00-385.00. Feeder Bulls: Medium and Large 1 400-500 lbs 420.00, 500-
600 lbs 370.00. Slaughter cows: Breakers 75-80% lean 159.00-186.00;
Boners 80-85% lean 152.00-197.00; Lean 85-90% lean 135.00-162.00; Lean

Barrows & Gilts US 1 50-54% lean 240-320 lbs live price was 69.29. Sows

SC Grain on Thursday. Corn bids were 3 to 4 cents lower, New crop bids
were 4 cents lower; current elevator bids 5.42, new crop elevator bids
4.78-5.85, current processor bids 5.47-5.49, new crop processor bids
5.08-5.79 Soybean bids were 5 to 6 cents lower, New crop bids 6 to 7
cents lower; current elevator bids 11.74, new crop elevator bids 11.52,
processor bids n/a, and new crop export 12.12-12.14. Wheat bids were 4 to
13 cents lower; current elevator bids 6.07, current processor bid 5.02.
Cotton on Thursday. Southeast base price for 41-4/34 grade was 3.62
lower at 75.48.
