   Cattle at SC Auctions on Wednesday: Compared to last week no 
comparisons made on feeder cattle due to limited comparable sales. Feeder 
Steers: Medium and Large 1 400-500 lbs 425.00-470.00; 500-600 lbs 407.00-
425.00. Feeder Bulls: Medium and Large 1 400-500 lbs 430.00-545.00; 500-
600 lbs 370.00-460.00. Feeder Heifers: Medium and Large 1 400-500 lbs 
400.00-425.00, 500-600 lbs 350.00-380.00. Slaughter cows: Breakers 75-80% 
lean 165.00-166.00; Boners 80-85% lean 153.00-175.00; High Dressing 
187.00; Lean 85-90% lean 149.00-161.00; Lean Low Dressing 80.00-138.00. 
Slaughter bulls: Average Dressing 202.00-214.00, Low Dressing 147.50-

  Cow/Calf Pairs: Medium and Large 1 1315 lbs Middle Aged Cow with Calf

  Hogs on Wednesday: Plant delivered weighted average. National Direct 
Barrows & Gilts US 1 50-54% lean 240-300 lbs 71.86. Sows live price 300-
450 lbs 73.25; 450-500 lbs 75.52; 500-550 lbs 82.43.
  SC Grain on Thursday. Corn bids were 2 cents higher, New crop 
1 to 2 cents higher; elevator bids 5.27, processor bids 5.47. Soybean 
bids were 13 cents higher; elevator bids 12.47, processor bids n/a, and 
export 12.47. Wheat bids were 2 to 4 cents higher; elevator bids 5.58.
   Cotton on Thursday. Southeast base price for 41-4/34 grade was 3 cents 
lower at 64.14.
