SC Livestock auctions: Compared to last week feeder steers sold
6.00 lower, heifers 5.50 lower, and bulls 2.00 lower. Feeder Steers:

Hogs on Friday: Plant delivered weighted average. National Direct
Barrows & Gilts US 1 50-54% lean 240-320 lbs price was 66.27. Sows live
price 300-450 lbs 73.92; 450-500 lbs 79.67; 500-550 lbs 81.57.
SC Grain on Tuesday: Corn bids were 1 cent higher, New crop bids were
1 to 2 cents higher; elevator bids 5.09, processor bids 5.36. Soybean
bids were 6 to 7 cents higher; elevator bids 11.16, processor bids n/a,
and export 11.90. Wheat bids were mixed, 2 cents lower to 13 cents
higher; elevator bids 5.32, and processor bids 4.96-7.22.
Cotton on Tuesday. Southeast base price for 41-4/34 grade was 55 cent
lower at 63.04.
