SC Farm Report on Wednesday

   Cattle at SC auctions on Tuesday: Feeder Steers: Medium and Large 1
350-400 lbs 497.50-510; 400-450 lbs 460.00-505.00; 450-500 lbs 470.00; 
500-550 lbs 385.00-590.00. Feeder Heifers: Medium and Large 1 350-400 
lbs 430.00-450.00; 400-450 lbs 400.00-445.00; 450-500 lbs 397.50-435.00;
500-550 lbs None Reported. Feeder Bulls: Medium and Large 1 400-450 lbs

   Hogs on Tuesday: Plant delivered weighted average. National Direct 
Barrows & Gilts US 1 50-54% lean 250-300 lbs were 88 lower at 63.73 and 
Carcass Base Price was n/a at 87.74. Sows live weighted average price 
300-450 lbs 64.34; 450-500 lbs 70.47; 500-550 lbs 71.03.
   SC Grain on Wednesday: Corn bids were 1 to 2 cents lower; elevator 
bids 5.02, processor bids 4.77-5.17. Soybean bids were 2 cents higher, 
elevator bids 10.84-11.44, processor bid n/a, and export 11.64. Wheat 
bids were mixed; 2 cents lower to 9 cents higher; elevator bids 4.97, 
processor bids 4.77-6.87.
   Cotton on Wednesday. Southeast base price for 41-4/34 grade was .65 
higher at 60.99.
