Compared to last week, feeder cattle overall sold on a light test due to light
receipts last week; however, a firm undertone was noted for feeder steers while
a weak undertone was noted for feeder bulls and feeder heifers. Slaughter cows
sold uneven; leans and breakers sold 4.00 to 6.00 lower, while boners sold 6.00
to 7.00 higher. Slaughter bulls sold on a light test, though a weak undertone
was noted. Buyer demand was moderate.
