1.00-3.00 lower. Feeder heifers 2.00-6.00 higher. Steer and heifer calves
2.00-6.00 lower. Most grass accounts are now filled, demand for stocker cattle
has eased slightly. Feedlots are actively competing for heavier-weight cattle
amid expectations of tighter feeder supply in the months ahead. Slaughter cows
steady to 2.00 higher. Slaughter bulls 6.00 higher. Cattle futures are
currently mixed after yesterday's sharply higher prices.
